Transfer Station Rules to Remember:
  • Dumping priority is given to WMU Solid Waste Vehicles.
  • Operating Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 4 pm
  • Only WMU Vehicles permitted 11:30 am - 1 pm
  • Photo ID and proof of current paid account required for current residential solid waste customers.
  • No dumping unless Transfer Station Attendant is present.
  • WMU personnel not permitted to unload customer vehicles.  Use of facilities at customer's own risk.
  • Only personnel dumping allowed outside of vehicle; all others to remain inside vehicle.
  • Children under 16 years of age to remain in vehicle at all times.
  • Hazardous area due to moving vehicular traffic and compactor units.
  • Use extreme caution and be aware of your surroundings.
  • Report all injuries and accidents immediately to the Transfer Station Attentdant.
