The new rates will be keyed into the system the morning of January 3, 2012.  The first WMU customer’s that will receive a bill with the new rates will be the bills due January 19, 2012.  The others will follow with January 26, February 5,and February 12.  A billing insert will go out with the bills mailed out after January 3, 2012 with useful information for the 2012 year included. Water Rates will change from
