SOLID WASTE RATE SCHEDULE

STATE ENVIRONMENTAL SURCHARGE
There shall be added to the billings of utilities solid waste customers a charge of forty-five cents ($0.30) per month for solid waste customers, which charge shall be shown on all solid waste bills as a separate item.

RESIDENTIAL RATES
The monthly charge for residential solid waste utility service for each residential house, apartment, mobile home, unit, or other residential establishment served is

Where a customer's business establishment is combined with that customer's residential establishment the commercial rate shall apply to the entire establishment.

CONTAINER SERVICES
Residential and Commercial customers may rent containers from WMU. The monthly rental and disposal rates for each type of container are hereby established, subject to a minimum charge of $34.95 per month for each such establishment:

COMMERCIAL RATES
The minimum level of service shall be defined as curbit service with a minimum monthly charge of
$34.95
$2.06
for each curbit rented
$4.37
per curbit for disposal of curbits in excess of one per pickup

Transfer Station Fees:
Non-residential and non-WMU solid waste customers shall be charged the following fees for solid waste disposal at the transfer station:
Compactable, non-compactable, construction and demolition debris -- $12.00/cubic yard
Shingles -- $20.00/cubic yard
One cubic yard is equal to a box that is 3' wide by 3' tall by 3' deep.
